Our Team

Science shaped by decades of purpose.

We believe that transformative medicine begins with people who have spent careers at the intersection of discovery and patient need. PhotonPharma was built by scientists and leaders who have worked in pathogen reduction, vaccine production, and cellular biology — and who see Innocell™ as the natural next step of that work.

Innocell is investigational and has not been approved by the FDA for any use.

Leadership & Science

The people behind the platform.

Raymond Goodrich, Ph.D.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Raymond Goodrich brings 37 years of experience across medical research, vaccine production, and pathogen-reduction technologies. He is the principal architect of the photochemical inactivation platform that underlies Innocell™.

We believe his work — originally designed to make blood products safer — points toward a new class of patient-specific cancer immunotherapy. That conviction is the foundation of PhotonPharma.

Scientific Leadership

Pathogen Reduction & Vaccine Science

Our scientific team brings deep expertise in riboflavin-based photochemical inactivation, the same technology used globally in blood pathogen-reduction systems. That heritage informs every step of Innocell™'s development.

We are designed to move carefully: each protocol is built on decades of peer-reviewed science, not speed.

Clinical & Regulatory Affairs

Phase 1 Program Leadership

Our clinical team is guiding the Phase 1 study of Innocell™ in patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. The study is designed to assess safety and immunogenicity.

Innocell is investigational and has not been approved by the FDA for any use. We state that plainly, because the patients and families we work for deserve honesty above all.

Operations & Partnerships

Collaboration with Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies

In 2021, PhotonPharma and Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies announced a collaboration to develop a novel cancer immunotherapy. Terumo's manufacturing expertise and global reach complement our photochemical platform.

We believe that the right partnerships accelerate the path from bench to patient — without compromising the rigor that safety demands.

Work With Us

Driven by the same question.

We believe that a patient’s own tumor cells can teach the immune system to recognize cancer. If that question drives you too, we want to hear from you.
